Payment
For your payment we accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay. After successfully receiving your payment, we will send your order.
A bank transfer is possible, please email shop@akwaman.com for more information.
Delivery
Shipments in the Netherlands will be received within 2 - 5 business days. Orders in Europe / International shipments* will be received within 3 - 15 business days.
Pre-orders will have a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.

Netherlands: € 7,00
Ghana: € 9,00
Europe: € 19,00
Rest of the World: € 29,00
*We are not responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes on International shipments.
Eco-friendly Packaging
We have a zero plastic policy on our packaging to keep the environment clean.
Returns
Your returned items must be in their original state: unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must be returned within 14 days after you receive your order, with original tags and a copy of the invoice. Please make a note on the back of the invoice with the reason of return.
If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed or given online store credit. For refunds, your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs incurred by AKWAMAN. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Except if an item is faulty, we can refund return shipping charges.
